Refund Policy
Atlanta's Next Young CEO
Effective Date: May 30, 2025
This Refund Policy applies to all registration fees, program fees, and payments made in connection with Atlanta's Next Young CEO. Please read this policy carefully before completing your registration or payment.
1. Registration Fees
Standard Refund Schedule
Refund eligibility is based on the date your written cancellation request is received:
- 30 or more days before the Program start date: Full refund, less a $25 administrative processing fee
- 15 to 29 days before the Program start date: 50% refund of registration fees paid
- 14 days or fewer before the Program start date: No refund
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to nataliemichon@gmail.com and will be confirmed by the Organization within 5 business days.
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Administrative processing fees
- Fees for printed materials, kits, or merchandise already shipped or distributed
- Fees paid for optional add-on events, workshops, or experiences that have already occurred
3. Program Cancellation by the Organization
If the Organization cancels the Program for any reason, registered participants will receive a full refund of all fees paid, excluding non-refundable items as listed above. The Organization is not responsible for travel, lodging, or other incidental costs incurred by participants or families.
If the Program is rescheduled rather than cancelled, participants may transfer their registration to the new date or request a refund in accordance with the standard refund schedule above.
4. Disqualification
Participants who are disqualified for violation of the Program's Terms and Conditions, code of conduct, or eligibility requirements will not be entitled to a refund of any fees paid.
5. Transfers
Registration is non-transferable to another individual. If a registered participant is unable to attend, the registration cannot be transferred to a different person.
6. Sponsorship Payments
Sponsorship fees are governed by the individual Sponsorship Agreement executed between the Organization and each sponsor. In the absence of a specific provision in the Sponsorship Agreement, sponsorship fees are non-refundable once the Program cycle has commenced.
If the Program is cancelled in its entirety prior to commencement, sponsors will be entitled to a full refund of fees paid for the cancelled cycle.
7. Force Majeure
The Organization is not liable for failure to deliver the Program due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, governmental orders, or venue unavailability. In such cases, the Organization will make reasonable efforts to reschedule and will offer refunds or credits at its discretion.
8. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, submit a written request to:

Include your full name, participant name, registration confirmation number, and the reason for your request. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 to 14 business days.
